Overdoses in Olympia

Nick is a freelance photographer on a one-year assignment to take photos of every single state Capitol Building for a book for Travel USA Magazine. At his first stop, Olympia, Washington, there have been two overdoses in one of the local hospitals in a single week.

Noticing some inconsistencies between the photos in the newspaper and the stories in the media, Nick decides to give investigators a hand. He soon gets sucked in deeper than he could have imagined. Were these really overdoses, or do the pictures tell a different story?
