Otodama: Voice from the Dead, Volume 2

Kaname Otonashi is a man who is able to hear any sound, whether it's made in the world of the living - or the dead! In this volume, Yasuhide Nagatsume (a.k.a Yasu) is the captain of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. While investigating a serial murder case, he meets Kaname, who is known by the police department as the "Ear of the Squad." As the two men collaborate to hunt down the killer, they realize that Kaname's beautiful sister, Yui, is the killer's next target.
