October's Ghost

Once, the arrogant leader of a small island nation brought the world to the brink of the Apocalypse. With-bold, decisive action, a young American President forced the aggressor to back down. But not every weapon was removed from the enemy's hands.

And some insults can never be forgiven.

More than three decades later, there are still men in power who will not rest until the last Communist dictator in the Western Hemisphere is permanently eliminated. But the aging jefe will not go quietly--for he holds one final and terrifying nuclear trump card which he is ready, willing, even eager to play. And he has little left to lose.
