No Way To Die

During the annual St. Paul Winter Carnival, Homicide Detective John Santana and his rookie partner, Gabriel Cruz, investigate a mysterious case of human remains unearthed after a snowstorm. As they delve deeper into the investigation, and more bones are unearthed, they uncover a web of secrets and lies involving Afghani refugees and a former Army vet, Tara Easton, found dead in her bathtub from an apparent suicide. When a government agent appears at the scene, the detectives realize they are facing something much bigger and more dangerous than they anticipated. Santana and Cruz must confront their own personal traumas while trying to uncover who put the bones in Como Park and what really happened to Tara Easton before it's too late.
