Alex and Wanda are back and solving crimes in Seaview, a snotty, seniors-only playground just south of Clinton. Alex is helping Ethel Kluntz look for a condo in Seaview and the bodies are piling up as the Seaview Flasher runs amok! Alex must work with Beverly LeFaye, the exclusive Seaview listing agent and former homemaker TV show hostess, who runs Seaview like it's her private North Korea. Beverly, the queen of saccharine, offers etiquette tips and "lovely lady moment" advice to everyone with a gleam in her eyes and a passive aggressive twist. The odd ball characters continue to multiply in the series with: Harvey Malloy, the salty senior and Ralph, his potty mouth parrot; Tiger Conley, the animal print wearing Realtor; Rick and Kackie Bendle, the vultures and developers of So-Town; and Alex's new clients Mushy and Joocey, the mother/daughter duo who never disappoint.
