Mystery of the Kidnapped Kid

Dallas O'Neil and his Baker Street friends are back! And now, besides playing all their favorite sports, they are also solving exciting and sometimes dangerous mysteries. After the Tiptons move nearby, Dallas and his best friend, Jimmy Calabresi, try to make friends with twelve-year-old Fritz. But Fritz greets their neighborly efforts with coldness. Dallas persists, hoping he can melt Fritz's resistance and find out why he doesn't seem to want any friends. Before he gets a chance, however, a mysterious stranger attempts to kidnap Fritz. Fritz escapes, but will he be so lucky again? And why won't the kidnapper reveal what he wants? Even the police are stumped. That's when Dallas and Jimmy decide to investigate. Come along as they track the kidnapper, try to keep Fritz from danger, and solve the mystery that even surprises the police!
