The Santa Ynez Valley wine country is warm, pastoral and... burning. An arsonist is on the loose. Jessica gallops from fire raging through the canyon. The bakery is having problems with a competitor trying to run her out of town. Even her part-time code enforcement job is proving hectic. She runs into trouble over a colorful garden gate, but there's more to the story than that. A man from the past comes to her rescue.
