Mystery at Fort Thunderbolt

A brother and sister live practically has orphans in the small coastal town of Thunderbolt while their parents, CDC doctors, travel the world fighting dreadful diseases. When a phone call comes in that their parents are in quarantine for the deadly disease, Ebola, their children are determined to stow away on a freighter to get to them. The famous Revolutionary and Civil War fort, Fort Pulaski, is where they go to plot their plan. But are they getting help from a couple of kid ghosts?
