Wren expects ghost stories, not danger, when she and Rascal arrive at a quiet Tennessee campground nestled in the mountains. The place isn't even supposed to be haunted, unless you count the mysterious sounds of stock car races echoing through the night.

But when Wren discovers a body, it's clear the past isn't done with this campground yet.

As she pieces together clues from old secrets and recent events, a ghost steps in to warn her that something far more sinister is at work. Meanwhile, Wren's feelings for Justin deepen, making it harder to walk away from both the mystery and her heart.

With help from an unexpected spirit and her ever-watchful canine companion, Wren must uncover the truth before the mountains claim another victim.
