Alexandra Walters, a gospel singer, returns home to find a former love suspected of murder. Turning to a private investigator friend for assistance, Alex sets out to prove Jerry's innocence. The investigation takes them into the underside of the Gospel Music world and briefly into the world of the Mafia.
