Murder Among Friends

A young woman disappears from her home in North Carolina. The only evidence that something may be wrong is a photo of thirteen young people is held in place on the table by a kitchen knife. A short time later, a young woman in Kentucky is murdered, and another knife holds another copy of the same photo in place, only neither police department knows about the duplicate photos. What is the connection between the two people? Are they among the seven women and six men who posed for the photo? And if so, who has something against them?
