Alfred and Elizabeth want something to do for the summer. Magic lessons sound like a good idea. But when they misread an ad in the paper that sternly states "No Rabbits " they meet Mr. Humphrey. Mr. Humphrey doesn't seem like any magician they've ever seen at a birthday party. All Alfred really wanted was to learn how to perform "The Amazing Bake a Cake in a Hat" trick, but the two soon find themselves caught up in a magical adventure in another land They battle animated squirrel's teeth, discover a young girl lying on a tomb, fight a body snatching magician, and do it all with only each other, Mr. Humphrey, and a small black kitten who can disappear Enjoy the adventure with absolutely, positively no rabbits
