Mr. Boghossian Loses a Tenant

All had been sunshine and rainbows at Mr. Boghossian's apartment building. Well, there might have been some talk of probation and eviction, but still.

And then Eve Smith and her long, blonde hair had moved in. She was petite and fortyish. She had spent the halcyon days of her tenancy smiling, flirting, and asking lots of questions.

And now, a pall had been cast over that sun and those rainbows, and its source wasn't hard to pinpoint; all the tenants were afraid of smiling Eve and wanted her gone.
