Lambert and Hook face a murderer who won't take no for an answer Headteacher Peter Logan is a strange case of Jekyll and Hyde. Unquestionably, he's effected impressive improvements at his Cheltenham school, but his private life is in no way exemplary. A heady cocktail of virtue and vice makes Logan a particularly unpopular man. He's playing with fire when he turns into a sexual monster in the school science labs, but equally dangerous is his crusade against the unsavoury elements that threaten the well-being of his pupils.
