S assigns The Scarlett Lady and Sir James Malory on an unusual mission to deal with a patriot missile assignment and in space in doing it. The assignment is to kill a mad scientist, Tim Motovich, is to stop secret scientist for Saudi Service on a government project. The Scarlett Lady and Sir James Malory go undercover as scientists to meet Doctor Philiphs Oppenheimer who also invented a laser gun and laser machine that uses Gama rays that turns light particles that turns matter into dust. There is also war in space between the Soviet Union and the CIA. It is a big battle between the Soviet Union and the CIA.
