Teenage librarian Janney hails from a peculiar feudal community. She possesses the incredible ability to fly out of her body and make connections with people while she is asleep. She shared one of these out-of-body experiences with a young woman who catastrophically jumped from a bridge after fleeing a pagan ceremony. To look into the incident, Moondog, the paranormal investigator, is brought in. Will he learn the truth about what's really happening in this mysterious and archaic Vale?
