September 24th, 1314. Three months after the defeat of the English, Scotland was still reeling from the aftermath of war. On the infamous battlefield that changed the lives of so many, a mysterious artifact was found. Its origin, obscure by time, lay dormant for thousands of years. Until Mouse, the town’s charlatan tells a horrifying tale that would put fear in the most seasoned of men. Humanity was in peril. The armada of fire had returned, bringing mankind to its knees.
