Winchflat's new wife, Maldegarde Ankle, has been appointed Transylvania Waters's first ever Official Map Maker. What she discovers during her cartographic travels will astound, terrify, amuse, and intrigue. In remote caves she finds ancient fossils with enough DNA for Winchflat to recreate long-dead creatures. And in even more remote caves she will find the original inhabitants of Transylvania Waters—a long-lost race of neolithic accountants.
