Looks Can Be Deceiving

If you have read Mission Statement then you realize that people and things are not always as they seem. Looks can be Deceiving, especially when there is a little magic afoot. In this exciting second installment of the Tales of the Investigator series, the unusual inhabitants of the Bermuda Triangle once again join forces with the world's most unlikely Private Investigators to try and track down four juvenile delinquent alligator-people known as the Instigators. They escaped from their home in the Bermuda Triangle and each possesses a magical spell known as the Veil of Arthur, enabling them to disguise their real appearances. Needless to say, catching them proves to be a monumental challenge. These little rascals lead the search team on a merry chase across several continents, but each time they are within grasp they manage to give their pursuers the slip. The Instigators must be apprehended and returned to their home, not just because they are out having a good time at everyone else's expense, but because someone else is looking for them as well. If he, or more aptly put 'it,' gets his hands on them first, history will become irreversibly altered and the beginning of the end will soon be upon each and every inhabitant of the earth. So, if this book should suddenly disappear while you are reading it, you'll know that the mission wasn't exactly successful. Better hold on tight. It's going to be an adventure you'll never forget
