Polar bear shifter, Wade Sullivan, is an enforcer in Santa's Village at the North Pole. When he's not protecting the man in red, he spends his time drumming for free in a local cover band. When a friend asks for a favor, he finds himself playing for a much larger crowd, but only one woman can keep his attention.

Curvy, plus-sized human, Danica North has sworn off any man who plays in a band. As a waitress in a popular club, she's been there, done that and thrown out the t-shirt. It doesn't matter that the drummer in the new band is sinfully sexy and makes her feel things she hasn't felt in almost two years; all musicians are off-limits.

Wade can't believe he found his mate during his first gig with the new band. Dani is absolutely perfect except for one thing: she doesn't date musicians. Not one to be deterred, he settles for friendship, but it isn't long before Dani realizes she wants her friend way too much.
