Light In The Face of Dark

The Dark threatens doom. Can mere humans confront it and conquer, or will they see all they cherish consumed?

Three individuals must throw human courage and will against the forces of Darkness:

A craftswoman attempts to aid a soldier in his quest to confront the source of the curse laid on him only to find an opponent more terrible than either could have imagined. Can either survive in body or in soul?

A scholar/part-time charwoman desperately seeks her brother. Can she find him in time to save him from the trap of ancient sorcery into which he has fallen? Will she, herself totally lacking in Power, be able to free him?

A mercenary and a strange being from another realm strive to stop a lord of the Dark from entering and destroying their world. What hope have warrior's sword and human strength against this frigid terror?
