Life Changes

Atop the four-hundred-foot tall bluff overlooking Lake Pepin's placid waters, Pepin View Manor offers a safe haven as it oversees the change of seasons, the new people in Mill Valley nestled in the coulee below, the loss of loved ones, and the promise of new beginnings. When stacks of cash appear out of nowhere, Tyler, Beth, and their group of friends must find the source. Could it be the former resident who returned to the area, bringing with him the fear and violence of organized crime? Now the FBI is involved. They infiltrate the town with agents and monitoring cameras, but will they capture their prey before the armed crime soldiers find their him. Mill Valley must once again rally together to protect their town from people who are not who or what they say they are.
