Lethal Echoes

A fourteen year old girl is missing and by all appearances Vic Costello is the one who took her. Tina Munroe’s uneasy friendship with this underworld figure causes the parents of the girl to believe she is the only one who can find Costello and save their daughter. The parents are hiding an unconventional lifestyle and fear that going to the police could cause them more problems than good. As Tina searches for Costello she finds herself being attacked by his enemies and begins to fear for her life. Searching for him proves frustrating and when all her leads dry up she decides to take a different tact and investigate the girl's parents. She uncovers a secret society ruled by The Prophet who keeps his followers obedient through fear and violence. Tina realizes that The Prophet will do anything necessary to keep his secrets. Torture, enslavement and murder are the tools he uses on those who cross him. Tina’s quest for the truth leads her to not only cross him, but she becomes a major threat to his carefully crafted world.
