No, the problem isn't that she's also inherited the old occult tome sitting on one of the many book shelves, and she now has more money than she knows what do with. In order to keep it, she has to accept the ring… and that's being held for her. The problem is that the demon lurking down in the basement is the one holding it. He is waiting for her decide if she wants to be the Lady of the House… and all that comes with it.
