The National Kite Flyer's Club has chosen Frostfall Island for their annual summer kite fair. The island is busy with tourists and kite enthusiasts. Anna St. James is looking forward to the weekend, even though her boyfriend, Nate, will be spending the days mountain biking on the mainland.
