John's Remarkable Journey

Lately, one bad thing after the next, including a terminal diagnosis, seemed to happen to John Holmes, a regular guy. Strangely, his psychiatrist suggests he visit with an anthropologist colleague that could help him gain some perspective through contact with departed relatives. She suggests a trip into altered states as the reasonable next step in his quest and John journeys back in time to meet some of his earliest ancestors. These first experiences make a very profound impression on him and he agrees to travel to France to meet with a shaman. In good spirits for his inevitable passage, he travels far enough to connect with some Paleolithic cave painters.
