In the distant future, wealthy eccentric entrepreneur Gene Cyrus shocked the world with the deceleration of a new nation on the surface of Earth placed at the centre of the Atlantic Ocean, a nation which he named Pangaea Zero. Built using the theory of Ocean Colonisation, the practice of permanent human settlement of oceans. This artificial land grew in wealth and quickly became a nation with large well developed cities on its surface housing over 62,000,000 citizens. Ivan Fox, a man born in Pangaea Zero with a history of violent activity with the native street gang The Blue Talon Syndicate. He was once known as there leader but was forced to abandon them after a controversial incident involving the nations government left him wanted dead, along with being personally disillusioned with life. Five years have passed since this incident however and over this time spending the majority of his days with his spirit guide Soy the Green Fox the two have lived a life as guns for hire. Now Ivan finds himself in a new daily routine of showing local pirates, robbers and general wandering scum how to behave. With the hatred and shadows of his past constantly lingering in his mind after all of these years, he knows some day deep down soon he'll have to return to the big city to face his demons and it all begins with a small job for an old friend which is going to drag him through hell and back in search of vengeance.
