It Lurks On the Mountain

After five years without a Big Foot sighting, Jack Springer, the game warden, has received three calls to investigate in the last three months. Three hunters are missing, and bloody body parts of headless torsos have been found at Widow’s Peak. Is this a hoax perpetrated by Bubba Rexrode to attract business to his Bar and Emporium like Rocky Jenkins had done years ago when he hired a friend to run around the woods in a gorilla suit? Or is there really a hairy monster on the mountain killing hunters?
