Timothy Jarrett believes obtaining a tell-all manuscript written by the notorious artist Randall Rhodes before it causes a public scandal should be a simple enough job. And when his client’s beautiful daughter also hires him to recover one of Rhodes’ revealing portraits of herself before her parents find out, the private detective thinks he’s getting two cases for the effort of one.
