Sao Paulo, 2021:Will Bryant receives a summons to return to Sao Paulo for a brief stint of uniform duty with his old partner, Edilson Lopes.He's got nothing better to do anyway. COVID-19 has destroyed his business, and now he spends most days on the beach.
