Hunted

On her next mission, Thalasia finds herself in the realm of Bahalah, home to harsh sands and unforgiving heat, where she prays her arrival will go unnoticed. Her hope of success wavers as she travels from one decimated village to another. Just when it seems things can't get worse, she crosses paths with an unknown creature, unintentionally placing herself on its master's radar. While searching for a place to hide, Thalasia runs into the golden siren's only surviving guardian. She soon learns warlocks have taken the realm over. All that seemingly remains beyond their desert palace are their loyal subjects and the creatures under their control. Despite the efforts of the resistance, the warlocks gain traction in their effort to access and restore the power supply they need to summon their master. With the golden siren, Adoni, in their grasp, the warlocks could prove impossible to defeat. Thalasia and the guardian must work together to rescue Adoni before the warlocks' hunters locate and dispose of them. The sun isn't the only thing hot on their tails.
