Homicide - Parker & Knight - Book 2

When a missing person turns up dead, Parker & Knight are called on to solve the homicide. The victim, Charles Woolley, was a manager of the local bar & grill named Taggart's. Before long, Parker & Knight find that murder isn't the only crime they need to solve, and are soon risking their lives to learn the truth. In the meantime, Parker, who is fresh from a divorce, finds himself growing more attracted to a young Taggart's waitress named Heather Jones, even as his past intrudes on the case. In the end, death claims another victim and it's left to Parker & Knight to pick up the pieces.
