Homicide at the Mini-Mart

Detective Tony Petrocelli and his partner Michelle Baxter are called out late on a Friday to a local convenience store where two victims have been shot dead. One is the clerk, another a customer. There's no video recording of the murders, nothing to indicate who the killer targeted. There are no shell casings, the cash register is full, no prints they can link to the crime, nothing pointing them in a direction to begin their investigation. Once the initial interviews of the victims' family and associates begins, spurned lovers, illicit affairs, disgruntled coworkers, all emerge sending Tony and Michelle chasing down leads in the search for a killer. Sorting out the list of suspects will test the limits of this pair of dedicated police detectives.
