Concrete, Washington celebrates Halloween and its storied past with a Ghost Walk about the small town's century old streets. Vanessa Siffort guides eager guests from one hallowed old building to the next. Along the way she meticulously describes alleged sightings of ghosts and phantoms reported over the years. She points out where men have keeled over dead, small children have mysteriously drowned and voices have been heard in the night. It's all very entertaining for young and old alike.
