Heart of the Gods

Tales of the legendary Tomb of the Djinn fascinated Ky Farrar since a visit to the Egyptian Museum as a boy. The story of the star-crossed lovers and their battle to save ancient Egypt from the dark Djinn made him decide to become an archeologist. There's treasure-the great ruby called the Heart of the Gods, and the Horn of the Djinn, said to have summoned those creatures to their doom-and of course a Guardian, chosen by the Gods themselves. A guardian Ky discovers is all too real, and closer than he expects. What's a man supposed to do when he meets a three-thousand-year-old mummy who's as lovely as she is lethal?
