Detective Roy Wilson is on the brink of retirement. He has 30 years of murder cases to get out of his system, but before he can take that step, he has one last chance to convict a ruthless thug, who thus far, has evaded a charge for any of the crimes he has committed.
Even though Wilson is not on the case, he makes it his own; he knows he is the only one that can break the suspect and he won’t let anything get in his way.
