Guardians: Teddy Bear

Teddy bear is the first book in the Guardian series. It is a story of two girls, a teen and a child, who meet under very unusual circumstances. Both have needs, and each are able to get help from the other. The first I shall introduce to you is Lahstia, a guardian in another dimension parallel to Earth's. Through her guardian abilities, Lahstia is able to enter any stuffed animal mentally, and use her voice in an attempt to help the owner of the animal stay calm. Only the owner can hear her. While the owner cannot feel Lahstia, guardians are able to feel any sort of pokes, prods, and hugs the charge gives her host. In Lahstia's case, she chose a teddy bear as a host. Lahstia's charge, Emma, is trying to deal with abuse and bullying. This book gives you their story, one of adjusting to change, dealing with hurting people, and starting anew.
