Cell towers are down, the internet isn't working, and there's no social media to connect to the outside world. In less than a week, everything has become a ghost town littered with shuffling, lurching bodies.
When one of the trio is injured, it's a race to find antibiotics and medical supplies, forcing them to return to Grant Hospital and the horror of the recent past. To survive, they'll have to face more than the horde. Truth, lies, betrayal, and secrets will be exposed.
