They're just your average family: Dan Conrad is a farmer and pillar in his church. His wife Gwen is accident-prone. Elaine Conrad is a spin doctor and going through a divorce. Elizabeth Conrad is a reincarnated witch. Sarah Conrad is pregnant, and the father is her married televangelist boss. DJ Conrad is a minister. His wife Jennifer is a counselor. Their baby is charming. And they're all home for the summer. Just your average family-except that Dan Conrad winds up dead, and somebody helped. But who? Why would anybody go to the trouble to kill a man who will be dead within a month, anyway?
