Gabrielle

'Gabrielle' is the second book in the series Blood-Rose Guardians. 'Gabrielle' continues the story of the Smith family introduced in Book 1:Elizabeth. The family of magical vampires have moved to Australia and reside in St Kilda, Victoria. Gabrielle has moved to Armidale, northern New South Wales to study at the University of New England with her twin brother, Peter. Book 2 follows the exploration and discoveries associated with living in a college environment and becoming independent. It is a tale of passion and romance laced with an undercurrent of deception and betrayal. Throughout the book, Gabrielle takes a journey of self-discovery and comes to understand what it truly means to be a Guardian of the Blood-Rose when she is forced to protect her family against the darkness that promises to engulf all of them. She takes on the role and all of its responsibilities despite great personal cost. Magic and mystery unite to ensure her journey is one filled with complications. She must overcome them all for the sake of her family. 'Gabrielle' will soon be followed by the third book in the series: Peter.
