How are a murdered elite forces veteran, a dead United States senator, a presidential candidate, and a rogue CIA agent connected? That is the mystery confronting former army captain, Richard Moore, and Boston Globe investigative reporter, Stephanie Lynn. Once again, as they did in the thriller, Multiples, the two team up to solve the mystery, and, in the process, take us along with them on a thrilling adventure that starts with a murder in parking lot in Stoneham, Massachusetts, and ends with a confrontation in the Oval office. Along the way, they confront danger, death, and dirty politics and, in the process, almost lose their lives and each other.
