Frogs, Floods, and Fraud

Tenny and Blue live for adventure in books but living in a flood prone town sometimes means real-life adventures are in order, but there is nothing orderly about the entire town having to relocate. With little time to prepare, there is no room for error. Unfortunately, a flood isn't the only disaster that comes bearing down on them. The relocation funds are missing, and coincidentally, so is the treasurer. With a town full of anxious people, a mischievous rescue pup, and Tessa's reputation on the line, Tenny and Blue must find that money and clear Jess's name. Will their plan work before disaster strikes?
