In the wild, Lillian loses her golden ball, a magical artifact that allows her to travel the woods in safety. A young man appears, with sparkling green eyes and an easy smile. He tells Lillian he'll retrieve her bauble—for a price.
Striking a bargain with the stranger unleashes a chain of dangerous events, and Lillian finds herself immersed in a dangerous business of curses, frogs and fae. The only way out? Lillian must openly defy her uncle, or lose the magic that she holds dear.
