Dillon Coleman has only a few things in mind during his time at Providence University. Swimming, girls and parties. Failing English the semester before has him scrambling for help, and he finds it in the least likely place – with a beautiful goodie-goodie swimmer on the girl's team.

Clara Russell has a long list of struggles she carries around and has for years, but in the quiet comfort of the water she finds peace. When the gorgeous jerk from English class who caused her to fail her last project needs tutoring, she's hard-pressed to say yes, but finally does. It doesn't take long before she finds a heart of gold buried in the chest of her tough new alpha male companion.
