Detective Kelly Lowe is back on duty and ready to roll. Still bearing the emotional and physical scars from her days at the hands of a crazed killer, she needs a new case to keep her nightmares at bay. Kelly and her team get more than they bargained for when body parts start showing up in obscure places around Portland. A game intended for families gets ugly and that's just the beginning of the Cache Killer's bag of tricks.
