Conrad Brookes only has two goals he wants to accomplish: Release his parents from the Disappearing Hole, and find the Stone of Depletion. The only problem is, releasing the worst super villains Cove City has ever seen will attract a lot of attention. Both from other criminals, who are scared to compete with them, and the good guys, who swear Deputy and Silence are gone for good.
