It's been a rough, bumpy road for Emily and Thomas, but now that Emily's transition into immortality is complete, it's smooth sailing from here...or so she thinks.

Emily's "otherness" refuses to be quelled. The harder she fights it, the harder she falls into its depths, and it's a long, slow climb back out. Relationships will be tested—some will bend, some will break, but others will grow stronger.
