Seven years after the death of notorious kidnapper and murderer Art Rassine, violence grips the city.Now twenty-four years old, Taleah St. Clair is working a copy editor for a weekly newspaper when an explosion rocks an industrial area in the city, injuring Taleah's father Reggie.
