There was nothing out there but twenty foot swells. Nothing could survive such a turbulent storm at sea. That is until Casey Laws fell overboard the coast guard cutter. Death stared her in the face until she saw him… a merman?

The portal closed behind him, stranding Quiiton in a place he dreaded more than death. That is until he saw her… a hu-man. She was as lost as he was and the sea was going to kill her as well.
