Olivia Jamieson and her cousin Phoebe inherit a century old building in Fort Collins, Colorado with an exclusive retail lingerie store on the main floor and a residential apartment above. While measuring rooms for a remodel before they move in-the cousins discover the walls in the den are shorter than the walls in the bedroom beside it.
